Jagat Pradip Das is an executive leader with 20+ years of experience across FMCG and eCommerce supply chains, spanning manufacturing, distribution, and digital commerce in India’s most complex operating environments. His career includes leadership roles at Coca-Cola India, ITC Limited, and Flipkart, cutting across food, beverages, and large-scale eCommerce.

At Coca-Cola and ITC, Jagat led manufacturing operations and greenfield facility setups, building world-class capabilities in food safety, environmental management, maintenance excellence, and operational efficiency. He played a key role in strengthening end-to-end value chains, improving OTIF, reducing OOS, and enhancing product contribution margins through data-driven decision making.

Transitioning into eCommerce, Jagat led large, high-velocity supply chain operations, shaping strategy to improve speed, reliability, and customer experience. At Flipkart, he was instrumental in designing and scaling quick commerce supply chains, balancing service levels with cost and capital efficiency.

Jagat holds an engineering degree from Jadavpur University and a Master’s in Data Science and Engineering from BITS Pilani.
